At the City Commission meeting held February 17, 1983, I received a concensus from the Conunission to approve future sideHalk Haiver requests for neH construction in the Oak Creek at Countryside subdivision. These waivers cannot be issued unless the proper request is made through the Building Inspection Department. I am sending a copy of this letter to Roger Rolfe, the current president of the subject property owners I association and trust that this information will be disseminated to the appropriate people.
