Since there are no sidewalks within 200 feet of the above-refereficed property fronting on Oak Creek Crive North, you meet the requirements as set forth in the aforementioned Code section. Therefore, I am pleased to inform you that a temporary waiver of the sidewalk installation requirement for Oak Creek Drive North is granted on the above-referenced property. Haeseker, Assistant City Manager COPIES: TRAFFIC ENGINEERING f SUBJECT: Sidewalks--Oak Creek at Countryside (See my memo Feb. 24, DATE: March 10, 1983 Keith brought to my attention the fact that I had neglected to be clear on the above-cited memo regarding sidewalk waivers for this subdivision. In order to clarify everything, please be aware that the following must occur:. 1. The owner must apply for a variance. 2. Application fee must be paid and we will go through the normal process. 3. V~riance is only for the frontage on Oak Creek Drive North, Oak Creek Drive East~ and Jason Court within our corporate limits. 4. Lots Nos. 19, 20, and 21 have frontage on Landmark Drive. The City Commission did not address any anticipated waivers on Landmark. These matters should be made clear in any discussion regarding proposed construction in this subdivision. '.
