This is a subdivision partially built in the county and partially annexed into the city. When another owner petitioned for a waiver of the sidewalk due to some of the houses being already built in the county and not having to provide a sidewalk, we were instructed that no sidewalks would be required on the internal streets of the subdivision due to the stage of development which existed. There are no sidewalks on any of the streets within the subdivision. The sidewalk on Landmark Drive at the rear of this property will be required and the developer has been advised of that.
