Subject: FY 02-03 Contract Amendment
City of Clearwater Parks and Recreation Department's 'Charting the Co~.rSt3 for Youth
Program' was awarded $13,333 in FY 02-03 to provide recreation and youth
development programs to at-risk teens at the North Greenwood Recreation/Aquatic
Complex.
Dear Mr. Horne:
The Juvenile Welfare Board approved staff recommendation to fund your request for
funding for staff and operating expenses at the North Greenwood Recreation/Aquatic
Complex. This action increases funding to the current contract with the Juvenile Welfare
Board by $13,333. Your contract is hereby amended to include these funds. These
funds will be encumbered by your agency through a budget amendment process in the
JWB Services and Management Information System (SAMIS) system. This amendment
to your present contract is effective as of May 8,2003 through September 30,2003.
