PERMIT
Permission and authority hereby are given to the CYPRESS BEND
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIA TION, INC., a Florida corporation, upon the terms
set out below in this Permit, to erect an entrance identification sign.
The sign shall be located at right-of-WC3S on the northeast
corner of Winding Wood Drive and Countryside Boulevard. (S~eExhibi.t "~").
The sign shall be of the type and size identified on Exhibit A attached
to this Permit and made a part hereof.
The pernlit holder, Cypress Bend Hon1eowners Association, Inc.,
agrees to continuously nlaintain the sign and the area around the sign, keeping
such area mowed and free from weeds.
The pern1it holder acknowledges that the Permit granted herein may
be revoked at any tirrle by the City of Clearwater, Florida, and upon revocation
the permit holder agrees to immediately remove the sign at its expense.
Pennit holder further agrees that should it fail to rernove the sign upon being
notified by the City to do so, then the City shall remove the- sign and bill the
permit holder such costs of ren1oval.
The permit granted herein may not be assigned or otherwise transferred
by the pennit holder.
