Dear Mr. Klein:
In accordance with Section 138.09 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Clearwater, I have reviewed your request for a temporary sidewalk installation
waiver for the above-referenced property.
The above-referenced property does not meet the requirements as set forth in the
aforementioned Code, paragraph (e). Since there is a sidewalk existing along the
south side of Lotus Path from Fort Harrison Avenue to subject property and there
are no physical conditions which prevent installation, I cannot grant a temporary
waiver of the sidewalk installation requirement on the above-referenced property.
Therefore, your request is denied.

DATE: May 18, 1988
We have reviewed the subject sidewalk waiver request and found that there is sidewalk
existing along the south side of Lotus Path from Ft. Harrison Avenue to this property
and there are no physical conditions which prevent its installation. Sidewalk has
already been constructed along the Jeffords Street frontage.
Since the requirements for a waiver are not met, it is my recommendation that it not
be granted.
