FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City",
and CLEARWATER TRAILER CITY, INC., a Florida corporation, whose
address is 1650 S, Fort Harrison Avenue
hereinafter referred to as "0wner";
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the Owner now OWns certain realty located near the
City of Clearwater and operates a trailer park thereon known as Clearwater
Trailer City; and
WHEREAS, in the course of operating the trailer park, the Owner
finds it desirable and necessary to use the sanitary sewer service of the
City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar{$1. 00) in hand received by each, rec'"ipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the parties hereto hereby covenant and agree as follows:
1. The City does hereby agree to provide sanitary sewer service
to the trailer park and the Owner hereby agrees to assume all cost involved
in connecting to the City's sewer system, The plans and specifications
covering the connection of said sewers shall be approved by the City
Engineer,
2. Owner agrees to pay to the City of Clearwater the regular monthly
sewer charge for trailers plus one hundred per cent (lOO%) surcharge for the
sanitary sewer service for each trailer and an additional charge of Twenty-one
Dollars ($21. 00) per month for the two community centers in the trailer park.

3. If at any time the Owner fails to promptly and properly pay the
City for the monthly sewer charges billed to the Owner, then the City shall
have the right to immediately terminate this service.
4, This Agreement shall be in force and effect until such time as
sewers are available to the Owner from the Town of Largo, and at such time
this Agreement sha.ll immediately terminate. At the termination of this
A greement the Owner shall also be required to pay any and all charges
and expenses in disconnecting the Owner's property from the sanitary sewer
system of the City,
