CLEARWATER. FLORIDA

Mr. Boyd Bennett
City Manager
City of Clearwater
Clearwater, Florida.
Dear Sir:
.~
We respectfully request permission to
erect an attractive sun and rain shelter for our
passengers over the North end of the alley separating
McCrory's and Woolworths on Cleveland Street.
We also request permission from the
City for 100 feet of parking ~ace at this location
for use as a central downtovm bus stop and loading
space.
This plan would provide sun and rain
shelter for our patrons, provide one place to load
outgoing buses and make it far more convenient for
riders to make connections from one line to another.
Use of the alley in this manner would
eliminate waiting passengers ~rom blocking sidewalks
and would place our buses in a central location
more convenient to the public. Winter visitors
would also find it easier to use the buses as this
location is more readily observed.
