DEED OF CONVEYANCE
THIS INDENTURE, made this 18th day of
January
A. D. 198~, between CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, of Pinellas County, in the State of Florida, party of the first
part, and CENTRAL PINELLAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY, an agency
of Pinellas County, in the State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of

dollars to it in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns forever, the following described land in Pinellas
County, Florida, to wit:
The Western 44 feet, more or less of Lot 10, and the
Northery 17-1/2 feet of the Western 44 feet of Lot 7,
Block 5, Gould & Ewing's 2nd Addition to Clearwater
Harbor, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 53 of the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly
a part.
AND the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant
the title to said land and will defend~he same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed in its name and its corporate seal to be
hereunto attached, the day and year first above written.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that on this 18th day of

Deed of Conveyance, and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be

the said conveyance is the act and deed of said corporation.

CLEARvJATER, FLORIDA, a Hunic ipal Corporation, and the CENTRAL PINELLAS
TRANSIT AUTHORITY, an Agency of Pinellas County, Florida, hereby agree
that in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained
herein, and other valuable considerations, the parties do agree to
the exchange of real property as follows:
1. The CITY OF CLEARWATER, as the legal owner of the
following real estate located in Pinellas County, Florida:
The Western 44' more or less of Lot 10, and the
Northerly 17-1/2' of the Western 44' of Lot 7,
Block 5, GOULD AND m\TING' S SECOND ADDITION to
Clearwater Harbor, Florida, a copy of the survey
of said Lots being attached hereto,
does hereby agree to convey title to the aforesaid real property by
statutory warranty deed, free and clear of all encumbrances of record
in exchange for the property CENTRP,L PINELLAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY as
described herein.
2. The CENTRAL PINELLAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY, as the legal owner
of the following real estate located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 6, less the Western 20.19' more or less of
Block 5, GOULD AND EWING'S SECOND ADDITION to
Clearwater Harbor, Florida, a copy of the survey
of said Lot being attached hereto,
does hereby agree to convey title to the aforesaid real property by
statutory warranty deed, free and clear of all encumbrances of record
in exchange for the conveyance of the parcel owned by THE CITY OF
CLEARvJATrm, as described herein.
3. Any closing costs required by law related to the conveyances
of the property and the recording thereof shall be paid by the Grantee
of each deed ~entioned herein as to those costs related to each deed.

5. The obligations and benefits under this Contract shall
extend to the personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns
to the parties hereto.
