an agency , of Pinellas County, in the State of Florida, party of the first
part, and CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation,
of Pinellas County, in t..~e State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of

dollars to it in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, its
Successors and assigns forever, the following described land in Pinellas
County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 6, less the Western 20.19 feet, more or less,
of Block 5, Gould & Ewing's 2nd Addition to Clearwater
Harbor according to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 53 of the Public Records of
Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County
was formerly a part.
