BAILMENT CONTRACT
THIS AGREEMENT is between MRS. CHRIS COSTNER SIZEMORE, 4707 26th
Avenue, Bradenton, Florida, 34209, and the CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation.
Consideration and Term
1. The 'City of Clearwater agrees to take possession of four (4)
paintings as follows:

2. The City of Clearwater agrees, as a condition of accepting the
indicated paintings for display to the public, that it will either insure the
paintings in the amount as indicated in paragraph 1, or will reimburse the bailor
for any loss up to the maximum amount of the value stated tor anyone painting..
3. It is understood by both parties that the paintings will be
housed in a locked display case in the library Building known as the Clearwater
Countryside Library, and that the purpose of exhibiting the paintings is to
attract patrons to the 1 i brary and to help boost attendance at the March 7

speaking engagement by Mrs. Sizemore, as a part of the public library system's
eighth annual Adler Literary Festival.
4. The paintings are to be transported by motor vehicle, with pickup
and delivery being by City employees. No special wrapping or packaging is
required and it is agreed that only a blanket will be wrapped around the
paintings for protection during travel.
