Dear Wayne,
Per our telephone conversation yesterday, I am writing to you to document that alongside
of the outside edge of the two exterior parking spaces on the western side of the site, our
client will be running a continuous line of wheel stops in lieu of the 6" vertical curbing
for protection of landscaping. This is due to the current concrete shortage and difficulty
in obtaining a delivery of such a small amount of concrete that it would take to construct
the 6" vertical curbing in that area. The predicted wait for that amount of concrete is
approximately two months and our client is at the point of needing to work on this
specific area.
We appreciate your help in this matter so that this project can continue to move forward
in a timely manner.
