A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO:vIMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND CSX TRANSPORTATION,
INC., FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING A STORM WATER
PIPELINE.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it necessary to provide for the
extension of an existing 42-inch reinforced concrete storm water pipeline across the
right-Of-way of CSX Transportation, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, CSX Transporation, Inc., has prepared an agreement for such
purpose, a copy of which is attached hereto; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARW ATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the
Pipeline Crossing Agreement between the City and CSX Transportation, Inc., a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for the purpose of providing
for the transportation of storm water as described in the agreement.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
