REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OFFICE RETAL CENTER IN DOWNTOWN CLEARWATER ~- -, 1 RBQOISr lUll PIOPOSIU 1 OPPICB-IIBI'AIL \I6II.l.AII D DOWftOWII CLBUWADR The Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency is accepting proposals for development of an office and retail building in the Downtown Enterprise Zone. ~ Responsive proposals must comply with the Early Action Goals of the Redevelop- ment Plan for Downtown Clearwater, with respect to location, (Blocks #28, 30, or 31), size, (80,000 to 125,000 s.f.), and a mixture of office and retail usage (street level retail required); and must include evidence of the development experience and financial ability of the persons making such proposals to carry them out in a timely manner. The redevelopment agency will consider proposals involving the use of legal redevelopment assistance such as tax increment financing, industrial development bonds, municipal parking facilities, and State-approved tax credits. A packet of information outlining criteria and standards for all develop- ment proposals and supplemental materials on development incentives, market data, redevelopment project schedule and zoning is available at a charge of $10.
