D DOVJmJliII CLBUWADR The Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency is accepting proposals for development of an office and retail building in the Downtown Enterprise Zone. .... Responsive proposals must comply with the Early Action Goals of the Redevelop- ment Plan for Downtown Clearwater, with respect to location, (Blocks #28, 30, or 31), size, (80,000 to 125,000 s.f.), and a mixture of office and retail usage (street level retail required); and must include evidence of the development experience and financial ability of the persons making such proposals to carry them out in a timely manner. The redevelopment agency will consider proposals involving the use of legal redevelopment assistance such as tax increment financing, industrial development bonds, municipal parking facilities, and State-approved tax credits. A packet of information outlining criteria and standards for all develop- ment proposals and supplemental materials on development incentives, market data, redevelopment project schedule and zoning is available at a charge of $10.
