RESOLUTION NO. 95-2
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1995
AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1996; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRAil) has submitted an
estimate of the expenditure necessary to carryon the CRA programs for the
fiscal year beginning October 1, 1995 and ending September 30, 1996; and
WHEREAS, an estimate of the revenues to be received by the CRA during
said period from tax increment revenues and other sources has been
submitted; and
WHEREAS, a general summary of the operating budget, and notice of the
times and places where copies of the budget message an operating budget are
available for inspection by the public, and such summary was advertised
prior to the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the CRA has examined and carefully considered the proposed
budget; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER FLORIDA:
Section 1. The budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1995,
and ending September 30, 1996, a copy of which is hereto attached as
Exhibit A, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect October 1, 1995.
