Steven has looked through all the old records. I am waiting for him to return from the TCC of the MPO meeting to ask him that question. We'll keep you informed.

Catherine - Given Leslie's response, what do we readily have here? The other items we'll defer to ORLS for the inquirer to do a records search.

[Re item 1.]--The City is not required to, and should not, create documents not already in existence in response to a public records request.
Regarding the remainder of the request, I suggest you forward it to ORLS for coordination.
Some records requested appear to be available in Planning and some in ORLS.

Leslie - Other than what is in the staff report, do we have to do more original research to determine all of the history on this or can we advise them they can go to the Clerk's office
and access public records?

Subject: Rezoning Sand Key
Steven,
As you may remember, we have spoken previously regarding various
documents my firm was interested in, in regards to the Application for
Zoning Atlas Amendment for 1201, 1241 and 1261 Gulf Boulevard. I was
wondering if you could help me locate a few more items regarding this
matter:
1. I need a history of the land use designations for this property. I
need to know when the RFH was adopted and what it was before that.
2. I need the regulations for the R1 and R2 zoning districts back when
the B district existed. The B district regulations you sent me state
that the permitted uses shall be those allowed in the R1 and R2
districts.
3. I also need a copy of the traffic report/study regarding this
matter.
4. I am trying to locate the Rules of Procedure for the CDB meeting and
the city council meeting deciding this matter. If this is not something
you have, can you point me to the right person in the city to obtain
this information?
Thank you for your assistance in this matter. If there is someone else
I should speak with regarding any of my requests, please let me know and
I will contact that person directly.
Sincerely,
Laura M. Ferris, Paralegal
