At the close of the meeting it was explained that the missing member would review the record and then render his vote at the next meeting. Why is it now necessary for all to re-vote when they have already voted? The proceeding was continued and we had a tie vote. The missing member need only cast the deciding vote correct? Michael C. The public should be advised that the public hearing has been closed and that no further testimony will be forthcoming from City staff, representatives of the applicant or the public, or the public generally. It will be a matter of deliberation by the Board only as they consider a motion on the application. The case will then be before the City Council (1st Reading) on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 6 pm.
