AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT

THIS AMENDMENT as of this Cl:2- day of LJec-e~N,./'I 1987,
between the City of Clearwater, Florida, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, referred to as the "City" and COMMUNITY PRIDE CHILD CARE
CENTER OF CLEARWATER, INC., a Public Service Agency organized as a not-for-
profit corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, referred to as
the "PSA" , and provides as follows:
WHEREAS, the PSA provides valuable and needed child care services in
Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, local funds are needed to match larger Federal funds for
providing services; and
WHEREAS, there exists an Agreement dated October 1, 1986, between the
City and the PSA to provide financial assistance; and
WHEREAS, there are residual funds in the Agreement dated October 1,
1986;

I. The PSA will provide additional day care services to the extent
permitted by additional City funds as provided immediately below.
II. The City shall provide the total residual funds of $967.58 for
local match to provide day care services.
III. The original term of the Agreement as listed in Item 2 on Page 1
of the Agreement shall be extended to terminate on September 30, 1988.
