The Certificate holder is included as an insured for loss arlslng out of Scouting
activities in their capacity as a chartered organization of BSA. Such coverage shall
apply as primary insurance to any other insurance of the certificate holder except it
is excess on automobiles or boats owned by the certificate holder; no coverage for
any liability arising out of use or maintenance of aircraft.
