Dear Bill:
This letter in return is to confirm the end of our mutual agreement concerning
the management of the Beach Visitor Information Center in the Clearwater
Marina.
We agree that JWle 30, 2002 is a satisfactory date to end the contract. We also
acknowledge that we will not receive payment for the quarter beginning July 1,
2002.
We thank the City for the opportunity to have been of service these past years
and assure you that the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce will continue
to supply Visitor Information Services as we go forward in fulfilling our
mission of investing in Clearwater's number one industry, Tourism.
