BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That WILLIAM G. BLACKBURN,
WALLACE W. BLACKBURN, GLENN D. MAXON and RICHARD A. LEANDRI, of
the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, of the first part,
without any consideration being paid therefor, have granted, bar-
gained, sold, transferred and delivered, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto the CITY OF
CLEARWATER, the party of the second part, the following goods
and chattels:
Those certain buildings designated as Buildings A, D, E,
G, J, M, N, 0, R, Sand T that are located on the premises in
Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, known as the Florida Garden
Apartments.
To Have And To Hold the same unto the said party of the second
part forever.
It is understood and agreed that second party shall have
a reasonable time within which to remove the goods and chattels
from the present location and that the party of the second part
will hold the party of the first part harmless from any damage
that may arise from removal thereof. Further, that party of the
first part will be entitled to receive any income that may accrue
from said goods and chattels until same are removed.
And party of the first part <;1oesucovenant to and with the
said party of the second part that they are the lawful owners
of said goods and chattels; that they are free from all encum-
brances; and that they have good right to sell the same as afore-
said, and that they will warrant and defend the sale of said prop-
erty, goods and chattels hereby made unto the said party of the
second part, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
