BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the City of Clearwater,
a body corporate and politic, organized and existing under the laws of
the State of Florida, party of the first part, in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, has granted, bar-
. gained, sold, transferred and delivered, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto CLEARWATER 235, INC.,
a Florida corporation not-~or-profit, party of the second part, the
following goods and chattels:
Those certain buildings designated as buildings A, D, E,
G, J, M, N, 0, R, Sand T that are located on the premises ln
Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, known as the Florida Garden
Apartments.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part forever.
Subject to the reservations and together with the warran-
ties as contained ln that certain bill of sale from William G.
Blackburn, etal, to the City of Clearwater, dated April 17, 1972.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Clearwater has caused
these presents to be duly executed this/61ifay orr 1972.
